Shipping & Returns
Aperse offers full refund on all items excluding Aperse Limited Line. Full refund is a subject to requesting an RMA number within 7 days from the day of receiving the order and excludes shipping cost and international duties. Items should be returned at your cost within 10 days with all the packaging in its original state. It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights. Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavor to dispatch goods within 24 hours. However during busy times please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Your order will be shipped by courier service once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.
The shipping charges for courier delivery are:
- UK: exact amount is quoted during checkout
- Europe: exact amount is quoted during checkout
- USA: exact amount is quoted during checkout
- Rest of the World: exact amount is quoted during checkout
The cost will be added automatically on your order form.
If you have not received your goods within 7 days please contact one our estore.
UK VAT will be automatically deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries but DDP charges are added to certain non-EU destinations. This is clearly indicated on the order sheet when purchasing.
Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country shipped to.
To a few selected countries we ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. These charges are non-refundable when goods are returned to us.
The countries we ship DDP to are:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE, Dubai, Abu Dhabi)
